If you are near Southampton this weekend you should defintely come down to the Parrish Art Museum for Project Sandstorm! Project Sandstorm is a one night art performance and sand installation inspired by the current exhibition on view at the Parrish Sand: Memory, Meaning, and Metaphor. Created by over forty artists from Long Island art collectives, ARTS4 of Sag Harbor, Bonac Tonic of East Hampton and FRESH of Port Jefferson, the installation will take shape on the west lawn of the Parrish Art Museum DURING the party.
The show is from 7 - 11 p.m. and there will be live music and good times! I’ve been going to the ARTS4 and Bonac Tonic shows all summer and have yet to be disappointed. The live aspect of this show is really intriguing and I just can’t wait to go!
Saturday happens to be my birthday so I will definitely be rolling up to the show fully inebriated. I hope to see you there!

Come find me Mr. Bastard, I will most likely be the smallest artist participting, I have big round glasses and long brown hair, basically looking like a classic textbook geek.
You have been to all our shows and we’ve yet to make official acquaintance…. let us fix that.
And thanks for the shout out as well.
see you saturday
