Incredibly creative architect Dr. David Fisher is the creator of the crazy new “Dynamic Tower”, an eco friendly apartment building said to be the “world’s first building in motion”.
The Dynamic Tower comes with a voice activated device allowing each tenant to rotate their floor independently at different speeds. This “results in a unique and ever evolving shape that introduces a fourth dimension to architecture, Time”. With horizontally mounted wind turbines (eliminating the typical vertical wind turbine which obstruct ones view) located between each of the 80 floors, enough power is generated to create a green power plant powering not only the building itself but other buildings within close range. This all happens as you watch the shape of the building morph before your eyes.
Another cool aspect of the design…photovoltaic cells (technology used to convert light to energy) are placed on the roof of each rotating floor. As this produces solar energy, it also allows for 20% of each roof to be exposed to the sun. Each of the 80 floors has their own roof, plus you can drive you car into your elevator and into your apartment.
To eliminate the time, pollution and superfluous use of energy, the Dynamic Tower will be constructed by pre-fabricating individual units in a factory. The bathrooms, will be “pre-assembled at the Leonardo da Vinci factory in Italy, part of the Dynamic Group and will be made of precious Italian marble, sauna, Turkish bath, chromatography and sound therapy, a real treat”.
But a true baller would nest in the luxury penthouse villas. At over 11,000 square feet each, they are completely custom pimped out to each buyer’s requested, aside from what they already come with… an indoor swimming pool, voice activated features, demotic control systems, built in phone system and any other special desire, all custom made.
Below is a video of The Dynamic Towers. Give it a look and let your jaw drop:

That’s pretty cool. I think I’d be too scared to live in it though.
I would live in this any day of the week. All I will need is a lot a bit of funding.
